PEN PAL PROJECT
The PEN PAL PROJECT was made in particular to give students the opportunity to practice reading and writing in English, to have conversations with other people from another country and learn more about the differences between our cultures, simply through slides created by students and sent on e-mail. Tha Malipiero school (Italy) and Lynnwood Washington high school (USA) decided to participate in the Pen Pal Project:
We talked about the traditions, holidays that are celebrated in Italy and in Venice.
We learnt about the differences between tha Italian and USA school systems. We met and had conversations with students from overseas in which we got to personally know about thema little bit and answered their questions.
It was very fun and interesting to participate in this project.
